Wella Blonde Powder can be used to brighten any hair type. Enriched with a protective complex to bind the fibres together so it won't damage even the finest hair. With the Wellaplex No.2 mask, it provides almost complete  protection against breakage. Lightens hair up to 7 levels. Protects against breakage and brittleness. Strengthens the bonds of the fibres in the hair. Neutralises warm undertones. Suitable for all lightening techniques. Dust-free  formulation Bond Builder Technology provides hair with a strengthening of the internal structure of the bonds in its structure. This minimises the risk of damage to the fibre during bleaching.

Usage:

1. Mix with Wella Blondor oxidant in a 1:1.5 or 1:2 ratio.
2. If the bleaching mixture comes into contact with the skin, use a maximum concentration of 6%.
3. Apply to dry, unwashed hair and leave on for a maximum of 50 minutes.
4. Check the results in the meantime.
5. Rinse thoroughly and apply Wellaplex No.2 Mask.
6. Must be used with the original Wella Blondor Activator.
