Wedeliver your orders to Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Austria. The delivery time of your order is 5 - 10 workingdays and depends on the capacity of the parcel service. The deliveryperiod starts with the receipt of your order, or in case of payment in advance,we will ship your order after the payment has been credited to ouraccount.
Onthe day your order is handed over to the parcel service, you will receive ane-mail with the number of your shipment. This way you can easily track whereyour products are at the moment.
Payment
Inour online shop, you can choose from 3 payment options:
Ifyou choose payment in advance, we will send you our bank details in the orderconfirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. When paying inadvance, the purchaser should transfer the full invoice amount to our accountwithin ten calendar days of receipt of the order, stating the payment reference.The ordered products will be reserved for a period of ten calendar days,otherwise the order will be cancelled. (Please note that in the case of banktransfer, this is the longest process of processing your order)!
