THE DETAILS FOR RETURNS

Please inform us first about your complaint or withdrawal from the purchase contract to  e-mail: info@beapura.com.

If you have received damaged goods, please also send us a photo of the damaged product. If you want to complain or withdraw from the contract, please contact us. Please return any unopened and unused product within 14 days. After agreement, we will either send you a new product or we will send you the money back.
