                          Howto shop?

                          It'svery simple. First select a product that you would like to buy. In the detailedview of each product, you will find the "Buy" button, which allows you to addthe item to your virtual shopping cart.

                          Thenyou can either continue shopping or go to the checkout, where you have to fillin necessary information such as address, payment method, etc. You confirm theorder - and that's it.

                          Whatare the payment options?

                          • Prepayment(bank transfer)

                          Ifyou choose payment in advance, we will give you our bank details in the orderconfirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

                          Ifyou choose payment in advance, you should transfer the full invoice amount toour account within ten calendar days of receipt of order, stating the paymentreference. The ordered goods will be reserved for a period of ten calendar days,otherwise your order will be cancelled. (Please note that in the case of banktransfer, this is the longest process of processing your order)!

                          • Card(online)

                          Inour online shop you can pay with your card at any time. To pay for your order,all you need to do is enter your valid card number, card verification code,expiration date and name in the fields provided. Your credit card will becharged when you complete your order. If you pay by card, you will be redirectedto our service provider Heidelpay when you complete your order and make animmediate payment here.

                          • Paypal

                          Youcan pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must beregistered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access dataand confirm the payment instruction to us (exception: guest access). If you havechosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of yourconfirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.

                          Whodo we ship with?

                          Allproducts from our online shop are shipped to Italy, Spain, Belgium, theNetherlands, France and Austria as a parcel with Bartolini HD, Correos HD, BpostHD, DHL HD, Colis Privé HD or Österreichische Post. If you are not at home whenyour parcel arrives, you will be notified. We will send the number of yourdelivery to your e-mail address immediately after the goods have been handedover to the parcel service. With this number you can track your delivery at anytime.

                          Wheredo we deliver to?

                          Wedeliver our products within Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, France andAustria.

                          CanI pick up my order in person?

                          Unfortunatelynot. We are an online shop and we always ship your orders as quickly aspossible. Please understand that it is unfortunately not possible to collectyour order yourself.

                          Howlong does it take to receive my order?

                          Ourproducts are ready for dispatch directly after receipt of payment and are handedover to the shipping service provider Bartolini HD, Correos HD, Bpost HD, DHLHD, Colis Privé HD or Österreichische Post. The shipping time of Bartolini HD,Correos HD, Bpost HD, DHL HD, Colis Privé HD or Österreichische Post isapproximately 5-10 working days.

                          However,if you would like to pay for your order by bank transfer, please expect that wewill not deliver the goods until we have received your payment (in this case, itis the longest process of processing your order).

                           

                          Howshould I proceed if I want to complain about something? First send yourcomplaint to our e-mail: info@beapura.com.We will agree on how you will return the item to us. The return is at ourexpense and the item must be unused and in its original packaging (however, ifyou wish to cancel the contract, then the return of the goods is at your ownexpense).                           Thereturns department will check the item after receiving the return and we willthen inform you about the facts. Ifit is not possible to solve the complaint by sending replacement goods, thebuyer will be refunded the purchase price.

                          CanI also order by telephone?

                          Unfortunately,based on our experience, we do not take orders by phone. We really do have alarge amount of the products in stock, so it is much safer if you see foryourself what you are adding to the shopping cart.
